89th Annual General Session of the World Assembly of the OIE Delegates

For this event elaborated by the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), KEYEVENTS had the opportunity of managing:

Virtual operations, administering Zoom webinars and supervising a virtual audience of 300 people in collaboration with the organiser.
Live streaming in 6 languages (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic).
The creation, configuration and customisation of the online voting module.

The event took place from Monday 23 to Thursday 26 May 2022 at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris. The daily plenary sessions took place in a hybrid format where key speakers were either present at the venue or connected online whilst most members and their delegations, as well as partners, attended the sessions remotely.
