The 2021 edition of EDGFP, a French lawyer’s conference on family and estate law, took place in a hybrid format because of the health crisis. The project required preparation in record time : just one month. It combined on-site talks (for some speakers at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris) with virtual talks (for all participants). The conference took place in line with terms set by the French national council of lawyers for compulsory lifelong learning among French lawyers.
This event was a real technical and organisational challenge. It brought together 2,000 participants over three days in entirely live sessions. It required entry limits for each of the 40 thematic workshops spread over six virtual rooms managed by key4events operators.
