The year 2020 might not yet be over, but we can already say how intense it will have been for our staff. The health crisis has shaken up the events sector. We have had to adjust, bounce back and find solutions. As experts in hybrid conferences and virtual events, our teams have been regularly called upon for challenging projects.

Well-equipped tech hub premises

Staff numbers at key4events have grown to meet these new needs. And the second lockdown has brought fresh constraints. So we have found a solution to give our teams greater comfort and keep them productive : some of our staff now work from the splendid Sophia Antipolis tech hub.

key4events now occupies 300m² of office space in the site, having transferred its video production teams there.

Eight studios have been set up at the site, adding to those in Nice, Paris and Marseille. We have also introduced five fully equipped workstations for our developers and installed a meeting room, a rest room and several free-access offices for employees who have to occasionally work at this new site.

Teams well settled, anti-Covid measures in place

After months of intense production in events, our teams deserved this breath of fresh air. Staff who have stayed at our Nice site will now enjoy more space and comfort, as well as all the facilities they need to pursue their work. As regards the video teams, they will have all they require for carrying out their projects. Demand in video production is growing !

This new spread of staff also helps us respect social distancing to fight the virus. Whether working remotely or at the office in shifts, the teams at key4events remain at your disposal.
